Sales Support – Europe and Distributor Markets
As the Sales Support Representative for Europe and Distributor Markets, you will play a critical role in the future growth of Maurten and help us to strengthen our brand connection on a global level. You will be responsible to drive the overall Maurten Sales support by defining service to customers and the local Market Leads in a new way - with the goal to establish Maurten as the global premier sport nutrition brand.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day of the Sales back-office for the EU, UK and Distributor markets.
- Coordinate actions with the regional market leads, accounts receivable, and finance.
- Manage shipping with our 3PL´s for our distributor and tier-1 B2B clients.
- Work closely with the global logistics team to understand products coming/going and/or into/from the EU/UK warehouses and pass the information through to relevant stakeholders.
- Respond to account inquiries and coordinate within the Sales team.
- Set up new accounts for approval and post-approval.
- Work with large accounts and Distribution Partners to fulfill orders and manage finances.
- Communicate with warehouses regarding prioritization of orders.
- Manage market-relevant price lists.
- Send samples on behalf of the market leads.
- Work closely with our North American Sales Support to back up the workflow of each other across different time zones.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are an organized planner with a demonstrated history of successful project management and knows how to keep focus on key priorities. You are an excellent communicator and team player with ability to work effectively with all members of the organization as well as external stakeholders. You possess the ability to work independently and have a global mindset, with respect and understanding of diverse cultures and values. You embrace change, have a solutions-oriented approach and entrepreneurial thinking abilities. Furthermore, you are comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment that often requires handling multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Above this, we expect you to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or similar.
- 2+ years professional experience in managing client accounts.
- Excellent skills in English, additional French and/or Spanish language skills are a plus.
This position is based at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden, and a valid work permit is required.
