(Senior) Performance Marketing and Partnerships Manager
This role is crucial for the future growth of Maurten and we are looking for a profile that can help us change the way we serve our customers. In this role you will drive brand consideration and business growth through paid and owned channels and partnerships. You will lead mid and lower funnel marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Newsletter, Google Search/Shopping, Meta, TikTok, Display and Affiliates). You will own the strategy, planning, budget, and manage the brief with our media agency for execution. In order to create more customer touchpoints outside of Maurten’s ecosystem you will optimize existing partnerships and identify new ones.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and own the performance marketing and partnerships strategy
- Build a KPI dashboard and create monthly/quarterly performance reports
- Drive testing and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with the creative team and our Business Development Manager to align on traffic acquisition targets and strategies to support business goals
- Monitor external marketing and media trends, best practices, technologies and techniques in order to test and implement new channels/features
- Manage existing partnerships and align with sports- and event marketing on how to improve the consumer journey and ultimately the ROI
- Identify new ways of collaborating with partner brands in order to transform referral traffic into a performance channel
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of professional experience working in performance/online marketing
- Experience in creating and owning media strategies
- Experience with two or more performance marketing platforms
- Experience with web analytics platforms (preferably Google Analytics)
- Experience within affiliate marketing
- An interest in using technology to automate and scale processes
- Fluent in English; at least one other European language would be beneficial
