About the position

As we continue to grow and expand into new markets, we are looking for a regulatory professional to support and secure compliance for our food supplement portfolio. This role is a key part of our QA team and will play an important role in maintaining market access and ensuring that our products meet local requirements.

You will be responsible for maintaining existing product registrations, developing routines for supplier compliance and building systems that support market entry. The position offers a mix of operational and development work and is well-suited for someone who enjoys both structure and change. You will report directly to the Head of QA

Job responsibilities

In this role, you will take ownership of ensuring that our food supplement products remain compliant across multiple markets. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers and distributors to secure high standards and regulatory alignment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining product registrations for food supplements in existing markets.
• Supporting distributors with regulatory compliance for food supplements, sports nutrition and natural health products.
• Bridge the gap between food and food supplements for products that are classified differently depending on the market.
• Ensuring that all necessary documentation is up to date and in place to maintain registrations.

As part of the continued development of our operations, you will also:

• Set up systems and processes for introducing food supplements to European and North American markets.
• Create and maintain routines related to food supplement suppliers to ensure compliance across all regions.
• Support the development of routines for supplier audits and finished product testing.

• Bachelor's degree in food, medicine or life science
• Experience in working with food supplement regulations
• Project management skills
• Experience in working with Product information management / product lifecycle management systems
