About the position

The Process Application Lead is a critical role at Maurten, responsible for supporting and optimizing key business processes from a system application perspective. You will ensure that process-related applications like ERP systems function smoothly and scale effectively, contributing to seamless flows across areas such as Order2Cash and Purchase2Pay.

This role involves hands-on system work as well as strategic development—supporting integrations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving digital transformation. You’ll work cross-functionally to support users, lead process improvements, and stay ahead of industry trends in enterprise applications.

You will be based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Job responsibilities

• Ensure stability and efficiency of Maurten’s business-critical applications.
• Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of system updates and new developments.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners for application management and integrations.
• Assist in mapping, documenting, and improving business processes.
• Provide support and training for internal users of process applications.
• Contribute to IT projects related to application development and integration.
• Evaluate system improvements and recommend scalable solutions to support business growth.
• Stay informed on system updates and trends relevant to process automation.

To succeed in this role, you are analytical, solution-oriented, and motivated by digital transformation. You have a strong interest in improving business processes and a collaborative mindset that supports cross-functional teamwork.

• 1–3 years of experience working with business applications (ERP, CRM, or similar).
• Educational background in system science, finance, engineering, or related fields.
• Experience with system integrations and application support.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in both English and Swedish, written and spoken.
• Proactive, hands-on, and driven to continuously improve system performance.
• Comfortable supporting change management and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
• Bases in Gothenburg, Sweden.
